Using worksheet strategies to develop industrial security skills among middle school students

Abstract

The goal of the research is to develop industrial security skills among middle school students using worksheet strategies. The quasi-experimental approach was used, which relies on the control and experimental groups in conducting the research experiment. The experimental research group consisted of (35) middle school students in the State of Kuwait, and tools were prepared. The research consisted of testing the cognitive aspect and a note card for the performance aspect of industrial security skills. The tools were applied preliminarily to the two research groups, then the experimental research group was taught by using worksheet strategies, then the research tools were applied to the two research groups afterward. The research found that there was a statistically significant difference when The level of (0.01) between the average scores of the control and experimental research groups to test the cognitive aspect of industrial security skills in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the control and experimental research groups for the observation card of the performance aspect of industrial security skills in favor of the experimental group.
