Abstract:

The current study aimed to investigate the psychometric properties of the Cognitive Perception Scale for a child with autism disorder. 30 children (20 males - 10 females) with autism disorder participated in the study. The study tools were (1) the Gilliam rating scale for diagnosing the symptoms and severity of autism disorder. The third edition, translated by / Adel Abdullah Muhammad, Abeer Muhammad, 2021) GARS-3((2) Cognitive perception scale for children with autism disorder (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study revealed the apparent validity of the scale, and the scale also provides an acceptable degree of internal consistency.
