The current research aims to identify the level of successful intelligence and psychological capital among primary school teachers, and to verify the degree of contribution of successful intelligence to psychological capital. Two scales were developed to detect successful intelligence and psychological capital. To achieve the research objectives, a random sample of primary school teachers from Tabuk city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was selected, numbering (385) male and female teachers, including (192) female teachers and (193) male teachers. The research will be applied in the year 2023/2024 AD. The results of the study indicated the presence of an average level of successful intelligence and psychological capital among teachers, and the presence of a degree of contribution of the dimensions of successful intelligence to psychological capital amounting to (47%), and that both successful intelligence and psychological capital do not differ according to the gender of the teacher. Based on the research results, some recommendations were made, including the necessity of working to benefit from the nature of the contribution of successful intelligence in developing psychological capital among teachers.
