The reality of applying institutional innovation at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying institutional innovation, reveal the difficulties facing its application, and provide proposals to confront the difficulties of applying institutional innovation at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University - the College of Sciences and Humanities in Al Kharj as a model - all from the point of view of the administrative body. A descriptive survey method was followed to achieve the aim of the study, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The study sample consisted of (68) male and female employees from the administrative body of the College of Sciences and Humanities in Al Kharj. ,The most important findings of the study were the following: The reality of applying institutional innovation at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University—the College of Sciences and Humanities in Al Kharj as a model—from the point of view of the administrative body came at a moderate level, with a mean of (3.25)., Also, the difficulties facing the application of institutional innovation at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University - the College of Sciences and Humanities in Al Kharj as a model - from the point of view of the administrative body came at a moderate level, with a mean of (3.36).
