The aim of this research was to develop and construct a Wisdom Scale for Teachers (WST) in the form of situations, and then to validate its reliability and construct validity to ensure its suitability for use in research and studies related to wisdom. An exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. The results of the validity test showed high values of factor loadings for the situations in the exploratory factor analysis, ranging from 0.335 to 0.864. According to Kaiser's criterion, factor loadings of 0.300 or higher are considered acceptable. This indicates that the factor loadings obtained from the analysis of the sample are high, which confirms the suitability of the final version of the scale for use in research and studies on wisdom in teachers. The results of the reliability test using Cronbach's alpha coefficient ranged from 0.500 to 0.678, which are high values for reliability, indicating that the scale is highly reliable. Therefore, we recommend using the final version of the scale in research and studies on wisdom in teachers, as it is one of the most important variables in positive psychology.
