Proposed vision to enhance cybersecurity awareness among middle school students in the State of Kuwait

Abstract

The aim of the research was to identify the role of the intermediate school in the State of Kuwait in enhancing cybersecurity awareness among its students. The research used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the study, in terms of collecting and analyzing data and information related to cybersecurity and intermediate schools in Dabula Kuwait. The results of the study concluded that the reality of the role of the intermediate school in the State of Kuwait in enhancing cybersecurity awareness among its students: in its dimensions came with a medium level of approval; as follows: - The first dimension: enhancing cybersecurity awareness for students related to the preventive awareness aspect came with a medium degree of approval, - The second dimension: enhancing cybersecurity awareness for students related to the cognitive aspect came with a medium degree of approval, - The third dimension: enhancing cybersecurity awareness for students related to the technical aspect came with a low degree of approval, - The fourth dimension: enhancing cybersecurity awareness for students related to the legal aspect came with a low degree of approval. In light of the results data, the study presented a proposed vision for the role of the intermediate school in the State of Kuwait in enhancing cybersecurity awareness among its students.
