Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the school in developing students’ skills towards green education, in addition to taking effective, environmentally friendly steps to prevent the emergence of new problems under the management of Dayrout Al-Alimiyah. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (90) male and female teachers in the stages. All three, the researcher used the interview,The data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) to analyze the data and identify the school’s role in students’ orientation toward green education. The study yielded several results, the most important of which is the presence of a deficiency in spreading “green education,” as it still represents a weak link in the school curricula. around the world, in comparison with traditional patterns of education,It is necessary to develop a specific and declared vision for the role of basic stage teachers in activating the green school practice and providing curricula that support the values ​​of sustainable environmental development and help in the value formation of the student and the academic. The researcher then presented a number of recommendations and proposals for future studies.
