The goal of the current research is to identify the conceptual framework for school leadership in secondary school, determine the conceptual framework for educational partnership between a family and the school, and build a theoretical framework on Internet risks. The research provided a good database and information that can be built upon and used as feedback for school and family staff, which may provide an important mechanism for determining quality aspects. The current research seeks to formulate a set of mechanisms to activate the educational partnership between school leadership in the secondary school and the family to confront the risks of the Internet for secondary school students. The study relied on the descriptive approach and showed the results of the research.
