Organizational Behavior and Its Relationship with Job Satisfaction in Educational Institutions: A Theoretical and Analytical Study

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the theoretical and intellectual frameworks of organizational behavior in contemporary administrative thought and its relationship with job satisfaction in educational institutions. It also sought to explore the theoretical and intellectual frameworks of job satisfaction in contemporary educational thought. The current study adopted the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the research topic, as this method is used to carry out research steps, including collecting data and information on organizational behavior practices among leadership and their relationship with employees' job satisfaction. The study concluded with proposed measures to achieve job satisfaction for employees in educational institutions in light of the organizational behavior of leadership.



One of the most prominent features of the current era is rapid change and continuous development in various fields of life, necessitating the development of the role and function of educational institutions in society, as well as the transformation of prevailing educational attitudes and concepts. There has been increased focus on human resource development, considering it the fundamental pillar of the economy and the primary tool for achieving comprehensive development and fulfilling the objectives of the development plan.
