Strategic leadership and its relationship to excellence for public universities in Kuwait (analytical and visionary study)

The study aimed to identify the conceptual and philosophical framework of competitive advantage, to define the conceptual and philosophical framework of the approach of strategic entrepreneurship,. The study recommended the following:

- Providing the necessary financial resources to support programs and initiatives related to strategic entrepreneurship within the university.

- Organizing training courses for management to clarify how to effectively support and enhance strategic entrepreneurship initiatives.

- Developing supportive policies to create an educational environment that fosters strategic entrepreneurship.

- Establishing supervisory committees within the university to monitor the progress of strategic entrepreneurship programs and forming specialized committees to oversee and evaluate the implementation of these programs to ensure the achievement of specified objectives.

- Providing incentives for initiatives that achieve outstanding results in the field of strategic entrepreneurship.

- Offering training for faculty members, university staff, and students in strategic entrepreneurship.

- Encouraging innovation and creativity in lectures to motivate faculty members to incorporate activities that promote these qualities, such as organizing competitions and creative projects within classes.
